alright so ive been on kre-alkalyn for awhile and i havent seen any gains in the past few weeks...the first few weeks were amazing but not much now....do you guys have any suggestions of anything i can stack with it...i was thinking no explode but ive read that its shit...so maybe another nO product but im not sure... my workouts consist of one muscle group per day ie. chest, back, tris, bis...blah blah i take weighabolic extreme 60 and eat fairly well my build is 6' 3'' 228 chest-48" shoulders-65" dont think you really need that but i thought id throw it in there thanks |

Creatine is not something that is going to make you feel gains like a anabolic will it help in recovery from a workout which will help you and give you some short burst strength it increases ATP

NeverEnough, a few questions:
Are you gaining weight? How long have you been seriously training? What do you squat, bench, and deadlift - one rep maxes are fine, I just want an idea of where you are in your training. |

well i dont max really but if i were to throw out some numbers...
chest-probably a little over 300 squat-probably around 375 deadlift-proabably around 350 ive been seriously lifting for about 3 years and i just lost about 65 lbs and got down to 218 and now when i got on the creatine i gained like 10 lbs about and now im staying there...not trying to gain weight unless its muscle |

That sounds about right as creatine will alot of times make you retain water it should level off there

Creatine won't make you hold ten pounds of water. You're gaining mass. You're not gaining anymore though so you'll need to increase your calories or you won't gain anymore.
