Looking for Some Advice: Looking to gain weight and muscle

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
I'm looking to gain weight and muscle. I am currently taking nanoVapor as a pre-workout supplement(good for the first week, now its not as effective but i'm going to use it considering it cost so much), and I'm also using Mass-tech as a post workout supplement to help my muscles recoup and to help me gain weight, since it has a high amount of protein and calories in it. (I've gained about 5 pounds in a month on it). If anyone has any advice on N02 black and Nitrix I'd appreciate it as well. Also, I'm thinking about getting something called Russian Bear 5000 as a weight gainer, everything I've read and heard about it is positive. Thanks for the help.

you already have a weight gainer, you dont need two, just eat more.

NO products will not help you gain muscle directly, so dont focus on them. just get some creatine, and work on your diet.

Alright I appreciate the advice. What types of Creatine are recommended? And the reason I ask about NO2 Black and Nitrix, is because of some of the reviews I've read that claim it gives you a much longer lasting pump than a lot of the other supplements out there.

but a longer lasting pump does really translate into much. there are several good NO products out there, but I am saying they arent necessary.

creatine, i always recommend straight mono if you havent ever used before. if you want something more exotic, sizeon is a good choice.

mono is decent by itself..but tastes like shit even when mixed up with juice.

If you're looking for creatine.. Atlarge nutrition has a new product called RESULTS At Large Nutrition - Results - High Performance Creatine Monohydrate su

that has been AWESOME! I've said it tons of times that i HATED creatine..but gave this stuff a legit shot since alot of my top powerlifting buddies actually use it and have never looked back! That shit DELIVERS and then some! Not only that..but it actually TASTES good. That's the best part for me... i get the results i want AND i don't cringe at the idea of having to shoot it down.

gaining weight is easy... just eat more food!

and this stuff isn't too bad either! maximus is being used by alot of people with great success trying to gain extra size but making it CLEAN in the process. And if you like the taste of brownie batter...oh hell yeah man it's all the better! i'm in the process of cutting now so i'm only taking their nitrean shakes..but when i make another run at the fat boy class aka the 275's...for sure that stuff is in my diet!

At Large Nutrition - MAXIMUS™ - weight-gainer supplement.

that's right..no products, creatine, etc. all work towards prep'n the body for better recovery! Creatine by flooding the tissues with water volume and NO for vasodialation to increase blood volume in "pumped" or worked areas!

and on the weight gainer part hell yeah..you only need one solid product you don't mind taking. No reason to have more than one.
