review of at large nutritions nitor

sorry i have not updated this in a few days. my health problems acted up again. i am feeling good today and started back on the nitor after a brief break. i have not been able to take it since monday. so fair warning my results maybee a little screwy sorry guys. i will hit the gym tommorow and weigh in the post results.

its a good product, my workout yesturday was great. saturday i was still so damn under the weather. i will weigh in again most likely friday.

ok i dont know my current wieght becouse i did not make it to the gym today as planned. some thing came up with one of my side businesses. any way i did measure i am now down to a flat 33 in the waist. earlier in the week i was just under 34. so great product no muscle loss just fat. also i have not been able to workout like i normaly do this week or last. so to still see results is very impressive to me. comfortable dose i have found is bout four pills.

ya gym is going good like i said not in there as much as i would like this week. next week will be diffrent though. my goal is to get the waist line back down to thirty or under. i am really liking the nitor. like i said the stuff is potent but you cant deny the results.

well i dont know my current wieght becouse i have not stepped on a scale. any way i keep gettin leaner, and have great energy from the nitor. main thing i am really starting to notice is the lack of water retention on this stuff. great for cutting. i drank my fair share of beer this weekend. usualy makes me really bloated the next day. no problems though. great product nice thermogenic effect.

well ok here are the final results for my nitor run. 214 and waist just under 33. im at like 32.5. i didnt increase cardio while taking nitor. my cardio run is 20 min 3-4 times a week. i also lift 4 times a week for 30-60 minutes. chris has a great product with nitor, and i enjoyed testing it.

hey bro i look at it this way either people try it and see how well it works, or they miss out on a great product. if i would have known it was so potent i would have waited and used it for my heavy cutting cycle. i used it while i was in a little cut and had great results. hell i was still drinking beer while on it lol. any way all that being said great freaking product. how long do i need to wait before i can start it again?
