    Gopro's titrated creatine

I've read all of the post's and discussion on titrated creatine on IM. And I know that only 2 companies make the stuff, but I can't find any store that carries it. Is is only available on the internet?

    And if so, why?

I thought titrated creatine eliminated stomach agitation (everyone here knows agitation is common side effect of taking creatine). I thought there would be high demand for it.?

It is probally more money for it to be made as compared to the creatine mono. I was wondering where to buy that stuff myself.

i use FSI Nutrition Creatine Clear - it's effervescent.

i haven't used a lot of other products to compare it to but i have a pretty sensitive stomach and no bloat or upset at all from this.

    DPS carries this as well.

After reading the above article, it is apparent that the solubility of creatine monohydrate (CM), can be increased by mixing it into an alkaline solution, i.e. a basic one; one that would have a ph greater then 7.

If you mix water with the supplement, potassium magnesium aspartate (K-Mag), along with the CM, you should see an improvement in absorptivity.

Try an experiment: dissolve a capsule of K-MAG in water, then begin adding measured amounts of CM. At one point no extra creatine monohydrate will dissolve. This then is the maximum of CM that can be mixed in.

For an effervescent mixture use a tablet of "alka saltzer" mixed in with CM.

    woman. Changing, yes. Developing, I
    hope. Fantastic, improbable-perhaps.
Quite worthless, quite irritating, if you feel
that way. Or a slightly cockeyed ideal, if
you feel differently. It doesn't matter so
