Does anyone here use Opti-Men

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
I was at the Vitamin Store today and was looking for a vitamin I could take to help me maintain my weight while not putting on much mussle mass.

I recently started working out a lot, doing about 30 mins of running on the treadmill, 15 minutes of jumprope and some body weight excersise. Dips 3x12, pullups 3x12, push ups 2x50 and sit ups 3x50. My diet it pretty normal, I eat just about anything, avoiding fast food for the most part. I just eat 3 very well balanced meals a day staying away from snacks and soda. Beer every so often.

I have been trying to tone without building mass, being a surfer I would like to keep my agility and dexterity. I started at 225 leaving for boot camp, graduated at 205 and since then, over the past 2 months I've slimmed down to 195.

I was a 38-40 waist and am now wearing 32-33. I combined my excersise with a Multi-Vitamin called Activit, but when I ran out i went and picked up this Opti-Men stuff.

I was hoping someone else was taking it could fill me in on the results and effects they have noticed.
Thank you very much.

Congrats on the weight loss, but a multivitamin isn't going to favor fat loss or muscle growth. The ingredients are only micronutrients meaning they have no caloric value.
