hi new boy here - protein supplement?

now i know diest is key and i would say that mine isnt the best. so i wondered if i should be taking a protein supplement ? i also take creatine. thanks in advance |

ingesting a protein shake asap after your workout is a great idea.

Yep, look into a basic whey like Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey and do a scoop immediately post-workout.

would that counteract the fact that im not eating that well? also i do actually wanna lose some fat , would the protein shake put weight on me? |
