Nolva question again...

I'm taking Havoc by RPN.. I'm taking fish oil, multi-v, milk thistle 350mg/day, and celery seed extract... From what I heard from a friend, he got no gyno or ill effects from Havoc, and chose not to run Nolva afterward... If I do not get gyno, could I choose to skip? I saw in a thread where the guys taking H-drol he said he would play it by ear and possibly not... So maybe is the Nolva optional?

If you have it I'd run it, if not you can play it by sides. Just make sure you have a complete OTC PCT something like this:

Post Cycle Support 30 days 4 caps/ED
SAMe 3 weeks @ 400 mgs/ED
I3C @ 600 mgs/ED
6-oxo (starting after PCS for 3 weeks) 300/200/100

Amino are those(excluding PCS) serving the same purpose as say a natty test booster like Activate Extreme serves as well as liver tabs from other manufacturers(Liver LOnger etc.)??

I would suggest having it on hand but a good otc pct could work well here

h drol is mild but is a nice thing to have nolva on hand just incase

The above recommendations were only for PCT, not support supps. An example of support supp would be something like Liver Longer like you mentioned and Cycle Support. If you did the Cycle Support you would pre-load it 10-14 days at 1 scoop before starting the cycle, and use 2 scoops daily (1 AM and 1 PM) during cycle.

AX is a good supp but their is some controversy with divanil in the beginning stages of PCT, it'd be up to you if you wanted to use it. Personally I would save it until after week 3 of PCT because their isn't really that much test to "free up" which is AX's mechanism of action.

The recommendations for OTC PCT would be without the SERM, if you ran the SERM do Nolvadex + Post Cycle Support, or if you choose OTC do something like this:

Post Cycle Support- will aid in T boosting, regulation of estrogen, retaining libido, and it's a great antioxidant to scavenge free radicals.
I3C- helps metabolize estrogens out of the body, and helps with liver protection.
SAMe- will elevate mood, helps joint support, and aids in liver detoxification.
6-oxo- will boost T indirectly and regulate estrogen as well.
