Well you feel you are wasting your money, so you should have answered your own question. If you feel they are a waste, then why waste??

Supps are just that they supplement example whey will help you put more protein in your body but is not a replacement for protein from food sources also fatburners will not work with a crappy diet and no training but along with a good eating and training program they "help" you reach your goals

I buy protien powders, and that's about it. Sometimes I will run a cycle of fast twitch or no-explode, or something like that.

Exactly; those supplements that work well do so in conjunction with a balanced diet and hard workouts.

If you don't want to spend money on supps fine, but please quit knocking on those that do.

He said in his original post "how much money should I waste". I wasn't knocking him for buying supps, I was knocking him for being an idiot.

Not too specific are you ?
if you can afford to spend $$$ go ahead experiment. supplements are used for many reasons to achieve a goal. Try to define for yourself what it is your trying to achieve and then narrow down your supplement selection. Note that your diet is probably the most important piece of the puzzle.
