what are your thoughts on rtd protien?
so i dont really like drinking protien shakes. i get my protien from whole food sources and it suits me just fine. well yesterday i promissed a friend i would help him with some thing got off work late. wich in turn got to the gym late. so i couldnt run home and eat a chicken breast. any way i had to stop at gnc. let the flaming begin for stopping in gnc. i grabbed a lean body rtd. the taste was good and it didnt screw my stomach up. other than a bit of gas. i quit drinking protien becouse it all tastes like ass to me becouse i have to drink it with water. so any thoughts on these are there more cost effective ones that dont suck?

They won't hurt you. Now you are rolling in the dough go for it. I have a shake with water after every workout. Suits me well

i just think they taste horrible with water. not sure how good the rtds are thats why i am asking. not rollin in the doe i will be doing a bit better starting in june lol.
