Don't buy anything from Muscle Tech again, it's overpriced and most of it is useless.

Whey protein is good, I'd go with ON 100% whey. You can get 10lb bags pretty cheap. Creatine is OK, caffeine for preworkout if you like, a multivitamin and you're set.

Good advice from TTA right here.

Make sure your diet and everythign else is on before going with supplements. Seems like people are more using DIET as the supplement and supplements as the main point in diet today especially with new comers. If you time your eating it should cover your energy problems before workouts if you don't like caffiene but caffiene before a workout is a good thing. Try taking it or eating a meal 30-45mins before you hit the gym and it should glide you right through without tapering off.

the 10lb bag advice though.. i'd say go with anything bulk when you know you LOVE that flavor.. ON and alot of other companies have other flavors. Rotating them will help keep you from getting burnt out on one..but if you hate all things NOT chocolate.. or vanilla. Buying bulk items will prevent them from going to waste while saving money.

In addition to what Texan said in regards to Muscle-Tech products, avoid BSN and At Large Nutrition products like the plague as well.

...and would that be for any particular reason other than the fact you don't like the price that ALN sells their products at?

Milk's getting more expensive nowadays too. Oh and it looks like gas is too! What are we going to do about the cost of living?!

Better get that soapbox buddy you've got your work cut out for you.

Texan intelligently advised this person to avoid Muscle Tech products mainly because of their price. BSN and ALN are just as bad, if not worse.

Lets not go back to our retarded ways...

You're right. TTA's advice is solid and there's no reason to argue for the sake of arguing.

MuscleTech - Nitro-Tech is the absolute best and is worth every penny

I used to stack all that stuff like the N.O. Xplode than Whey Protein than Creatine and i didnt gain anything ive been working out till i can barely lift my arms for years and have had no results even with taking all stuff mentioned above. I was 6'4 150lbs. seriously...than i stopped taking all of that and just took Nitro-Tech 3 times daily like it says to and 7 months later im around 200lbs. of rock hard muscle...my opinion if ur serious about bodybuilding and want to fight catabolism, which is a huge deal for people with really high metabolisms like me then Nitro-Tech is the only way. Stop stacking all that stuff and give it a try

hahaha, what a stupid post. its protein with underdosed creatine and amino acids. there is nothing special about it. perhaps you started eating right, and stopped overtraining? maybe.
