    Fat Burners? the best? Safe?

Ok, guys, I have been reading this board and sounds like you guys know a ton about what works!!

I have 2 questions about Fat Burners:

    1) What type and brand is the best for droping fat to show the muscles I have been working so hard to develope

    2) is Ephedra-based products safe? what is your experience? Is the now Cytodyne Xenadrine EFX better because it is Ephedrine-free?

You expertise and advice is greatly appreciated.

I am very iffy when it comes to Ephedra. I have tried efx and i lost 10 pounds of solid fat. I dont really contribute all the weight loss to it because I was on a very stirct diet. In the end it is always what you do in the weight room and what foods you put in your mouth.

    1) Good nutrition and training work better and achieve faster results!

    2) there are still some warnings...but milder! We had a call a few days after we sold a guy some EFX...he said "I can't feel it!"

We said, "That's because it EPHEDERA FREE! (Dumbass)!"

Personally I do not care for ephedra, but I think it's safe as long as you follow the directions on the bottle!

I use the Clenbuterx (liquid form) by VPX. I use it sparingly due to many horror stories I've heard of late of Ephedra in general! A trainer collapse and had a mild heart attack. So, coffee has been my replacement to fill the voids!
