How To Lose Those Last 10 Lbs??
hello
I am a 20 year old male looking to shed off the last of my weight. I have always been a very active person and have always been in shape. I am 5'10, 185 lbs with about a 13% body fat. I eat healthy and do my best to improve my shape. It seems though, that I have hit a wall. The lowest I have ever been was when I wrestled in high school when i was 7.5%. I lift weights, do abs, and run two miles four times per week, while running 4 or 5 miles two other days. I am looking to lose that last bit of fat that i have on my stomach and am finding it very hard to do. In the past, I have not taken any additional supplements to fuel my workouts, but I am now looking into taking some supplements that would help me lose that last bit. I have looked into purchasing hydroxycut, ripped fuel 5x, testoripped, and other supplements that would help me out. Would these products or any others help me? Any suggestions would be great and if you could get back to me that would be appreciated. Thank you for your help. Jason |

HIIT. Do tabata protocol. Sprints - full on max effort.
20 second sprint 10 second rest. x8 That will strip the fat. |

Diet and Training would be the first things to look at. If you could elaborate on those.

Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

^Goob is on the right track... High intensity interval training is great for revving your metabolism and burning away stubborn body fat, IF you can stomach them lol. I for one HATE doing pure sprints, and prefer to incorporate them instead into sports or anything else... but if you can push yourself to that point of blinding agony, HIIT sprint training would definitely do the trick.
As for fat burners, I am not really sure about that.. ive contemplated taking them myself, but I figured that at our age (im 19) we probly could get results without them. I just drink 2-3 cups of green tea a day; most of the fat burners I saw have green tea extract anyways, so i figure i might as well give it a shot. |

Looks like the teeth I saw on a mummy when I went to the museum.
Try P90X. I bought the cardio and kempo discs on ebay. What a workout. Your heartrate will skyrocket and you will burn fat.. guarateed!!! Don't spend your money on fat burners. Buy the discs for the same price! |

Cut cals slowly and increase cardio gradually. Start with the Anabolic Diet and once you drop cals you can add a thermo and other non-stim fat burners. I was in the same boat recently and had great results with this (we are close in stats and age). Add a topical such as Avant Napalm when you are really close to your goal weight.
for example, here is my current stack: EC 3x a day Anabolic Pump for weekly carb ups Creatine Mono RPN Damage Control Protocol Sesamin Oil Topical 7 oxo dhea (7 cort) BCAAs to protect muscle before and during workouts Leucine and Whey post workout Napalm at the end of my cut of course a multi vit c around workouts My workout consists of quite a bit of steady cardio at around 120-130 bpm, which I increased amount of sessions and amount of time gradually. I don't do cardio the 2 days a week in which I train... Heavy upper body day starting after 1st carb meal and heavy leg day a couple days later. I also added in lactic acid training followed by a light steady cardio for 25 minutes for the last 4 weeks which yielded some really impressive results. Check t-nation for more info on that one. Following this protocol, I have lost close to ten pounds of fat while maintaining LBM. I am down to 8% bf after starting around 13% with 3 weeks to go. I figure I might reach 6% at this pace. |
