I got a sample pack of Cytolean by Gaspari, and have been trying it for the last 3 days, so far it's been great. I've been taking just 1 pill a day. My mood is enhanced, I'm more alert. But let's face it...3 days isn't enough to tell how great a supplement is. Has anyone else used this product??

marketing aside, the serving size is 3 caps, this wont be the serving for everyone, for example, i sometimes do 4, and my girl is fine at 2. reported effects are supression of appetite, increased mood, and a smooth energy that lasts 4-6 hours. the energy isnt a rush, or a jittery energy, it is just a nice clean energy. i have seen that extra stims re-up the effects of it, so if in hour 4 you have a cup of coffee, you will feel the product more intensely. obviously i like it. i would rank it above cytolean in my opinion, but cytolean is still above basic cuts.
