The effectiveness of your liver to process multiple supps

I guess it has accumulated over time but I am taking quite a few supps and I have heard or read somewhere that your liver can not process certain chemicals at the same time, its just that I don’t know which chemicals they are, here is a list those supps that I take on a regular basis in the morning:

1 x Swisse multivitamin or Centrum (change each day)
    1x 500mg Vitamin E
    2 x 1000mg Fish oil Tab
    1 x 750mg Glucosamine Tab
    1 x 500mg Vitamin C
And just recently I have started taking
    2 x 500mg Carnitine Tab

I would like to know as I don’t want to waste my time or money taking supps that aren’t being utilised by my body..
Also if anyone has any advice on what I am taking I am willing to listen.

Wow i didn't know that. But i don't believe that. Liver should process all except it's damaged with alcohol or something else.

I've never read that, the body will utilize just about anything that is ingested even if it is safe or potentially toxic.

With this supplement setup you dont have to worry about liver effectiveness. This is mostly an issue with minerals than vitamins. If you are concerned about absorbtion you can take a time-released multivitamin.
