It would be as safe as running ph's can I guess. You may see alot of water weight and will need to eat like a horse on those 2 but if done properly they should be very effective together.

I would run the P-plex 15/15/30/30 and the Bold needs to be run for about 6 weeks between 600-800mg. Might be a high cost cycle. You will need to run some Cycle Support(pre-loaded 10-14 days). And for pct IMO a serm will be a must as Bold and the p-plex will shut you down hard

Yeah deffinately need to run a pct.I ran bold at 600mg and you go through a bottle of the BOLD 200 in about 10 days.Pricey??INDEED.Phera however is pretty cheap and one bottle from most places should get you through 4 weeks.

You can get great results with the Phera alone but still run the proper supports and pct.

thanks for the advice..i should let u guys know that i was taking p-plex and bold at the same time for about four days. I dont think that i have ever felt as tired as i did this past week. it was a very easy work schedule this week 7-3 mon thru fri. I only lifted mon, hurt my back tue. so i did not want to hurt myself further. I would come home and go straight to sleep. Stopped bold on thur and im finally starting to get my energy back. I'm pretty sure the bold is related to my lethargic week. any thoughts?
