Much more than I should have. I would say around 2 grand lifetime. I still remember my first protien powder unflavored soy. I saw my cousin down these shakes and the first time I tasted it I puked. That was the last time I have ever drank a soy shake.

I've been taking supps for 21 years. I would need an abacus to figure out that amount ! lol

to me it has been worth it for many reasons, but the main one is my overall health is excellent. I haven't been sick since 1982.
I train differently than most, my beef is with gravity the weights on the bar are just the medium...Thanks to Wall Street your slice of the American Pie has been reduced to a crumb.

I agree with LAM...the fact I haven't been sick in as long as I can remember is probably the greatest benefit to supplementation and healthy eating.

I spend about $100 per month on supps (protein, glutamine) and then another $50 on flax and vitamins/minerals...I figure it's worth it because the protein saves me on groceries anyway.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

The difference between winners and losers is that winners do things that losers don't want to do.

I have kept track of what I have spent on supplements and until this day I have spent $673.65. And now that I think about it, I don’t remember getting sick. I think is worth every penny.
