1. what is the best protein around?
i tried Nitro-Tech Hardcore and Optimum 100% Whey.
2.do i need glutamine and creatine?
and which once are good?
also are the animal packs any good.
and the last question i have is whey cant i buy protein from bodybuilding.com and ship it to Australia?
i woul say that the best protein is a blend, but "best" is a highly personal concept. i love allmax isokool, but someone else will love, something else. just find what you like with respect to taste, price and content and stick with it.
no you do not need either, but i would consider creatine more essential than glutamine. i would say glutamine is only helpful for those who are extremely in tune with their bodies if at all. creatine is cheap and effective, unlike glutamine.
animal pak is a multivitamin done to the extreme. is it good, sure, but i dont know that it will outperform a good diet and any other multivitamin.
i didnt think that was true, but im not an aussie so i dont know.
Creatine is a naturally occuring substance in the body we get it mostly from meats but it hard to get enough from eating to get the effects bodybuilder are looking for. So we supplement with it to get the desired level needed for our goals.
