Here is what I found. Not up on alot of these ingredents but it looks like a mix and match batch of stuff

From the ingrediants I would say the the real benifit would come from the deeper sleep you're suppose to get. IMO we often forget how important that aspect of muscle growth really is.

Based on the advertising and ingredients I see, it's a complete scam. A bunch of random ingredients. And I'm always irked when a supplement claims to give "steroid-like" results. Nonsense.
