    B-Complex, and fish oil

    Hi guys, I recently buy B-complex (100mg) and fish oil (1000mg) , I just want to know, when do you suggest to take them ?

    I was thinking about taking them in the morning, but I want to know your opinions, thank you

    Take the B anytime (I take mine at night with my last meal but some folks wake up with some of the B vitamins, so this is your call), and the fish oil I trickle in with meals, two or three at a time. Take them before the meal, then the food kinda "buries" 'em. I take ten capsules (10g) daily for the 3g combined EPA/DHA.
