Will taking the same supplement to long ware off

I have heard sayings from people that i you take the same supplements for so long that your body will become prone to them?

is this true ?

Some supplements this is true, as the enzymes that break them down increase. Things like fish oil, and multi vitamin are still very beneficial but some herbs and free form amino acids can cause tolerance.

I find things like NO Xplode seem to wear off very quickly.

when i took it, it lasted about a month and that was it

The more BCAA you take, the more active the enzymes become that destruct BCAA's.

I find alot of stim products will have that effect
