    Need Help With Supplements!

    I Need to know what is the best stuff i can get out their.

    Im 15 so I cant be taking any anabolics or shit that will screw with my growing.

    I know i def need some
    -amino acids
    -creatine
    -glutamine

    any solutions???

    you don't really need any of those, but if you insist on using supps:

    -protein powder
    -multi-vitamin
    -EFA's

    that is it at your age.

    Its great that you are looking for the best ways to gain, but its not all in supplementation. Realistically, supplements play the smallest role om gaining muscle. Eating, sleeping, and training all must be in order first. Once you get all that down, you will be good to grow
