What is the most effective stack?

Im 16, about 6'2 and weigh 160 pounds. I lost about 15 pounds of fat recently, and would lkee to now put on muscle im lifting 6 days a week running a mile a day what would the best stack be to take i was planning on buying this pro performance xxx from gnc because its on saleGNC - GNC Pro Performance® Mass XXX™ - Chocolate

also i was going to get cellmass for creatine, i heard there were some bad things happening with BSN products recently but im not sure if tehy were true. also goin to take a mens daily vitamin. what would b a good one to take also is this a good stack or not please make suggestions. I was also looking for someting pre workout to give ne some energy because im sort of tired when i lift. Also would i jus take that mass xxx liek before and after working out or jus liek 3 tiems a day. If this is a bad stack please give me a good one i would liek to get in nice shape. thanks

Also if that pro performance protein is not the best for me to be taking what is.

And please keep in mind that im skinny and want to remain that way jus need to put on muscle thanks again!

Food and water is the most effective stack. Add in a protein powder like ON 100% whey, some creatine, a multivitamin and you have everything you'll ever need.

You can kill 2 birds with one stone and get Full Blown Extreme from Max Muscle. It has creatine in it and will get you jacked up to lift. Gives you tons of energy and extra boost to lift more and longer. Get a good multivitamin and drink plenty of water. Make sure you eat healthy and eat a lot if you're looking to put on muscle. If you want to go another route just go to Max Muscle or Complete Nutrition and ask what the most popular and best types of creatine and protein are. The people at these 2 stores are always knowledgeable and very helpful. You can usually tell by what the best sellers are what works the best, otherwise people wouldn't keep buying it. I would stay away from GNC if I were you. They just try to push their MuscleTech stuff and will try to talk young kids into buying something you don't want or need all in the name of getting their commission...

First I would back off lifting 6 days a week because your body needs rest to grow that muscle friend. And try to get about 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, ON 100% Whey is always a good guess and a good creatine would also be good.Look into the following for your stack.

ON 100% Whey Gold Standard 5lb - 2730212
DYM BCAA 400 Count - 0300017
DYM Creatine 500gr - 0300081
and take your creatine maybe with some grape juice.I still prefer to load on mono though it is highly debated, just a habit.

I agree 6 days of lifting is to much maybe a 2 on and 1 off approach will work good. Try to hit each bodypart once a week. eat right and train hard and the results come. Creatine mono(very cheap and effective) along with a multi and some protein you will be good. This protein seems to be one of the cheaper ones you can find for 5 lbs and it looks good. Best of luck bro

Haha, I can deffinately understand having some reservations about it but I like to try things and see what there like. If it is nothing special then I'll not continue.I give it a shot.

its a stim, if you need something it would fit the bill. however if you want an all in one powder, there are many available all extremely similar. two that i have tried and liked were ragnarok and shock therapy.

What makes this different from taking a caffeine pill pre-workout, despite the fact that yours cost about 29 bucks more? I've yet to see a "fat burner" that compares to an ECA stack, not to mention they're 10 times the price.

major difference between this and caffeine. this will give you energy ranging from 4-6 hours depending on stim sensitivity. it also will not give you a hyper/shaky energy that other stims give you, it is a smooth clean energy. on top of that the focus is excellent as is the mood elevation.

i have never had success with the eca stack personally, but i know more people have than havent. would you consider yourself someone who experiments with stims?
