    need supplements help

i am just using protein and i am seeing resolutes but people are saying to me that i should start using other supplements like Creatine, Glutamine.

    i was going to get

    Higher Power Presents:Creatine Ethyl Ester
(Bodybuilding.com - Higher Power Creatine Ethyl Ester - Next Level Creatine! On sale now!)

Higher Power Presents:Micronized Glutamine 1000 (Bodybuilding.com - Higher Power Micronized Glutamine 1000 - Guaranteed Potency! On sale now!)

and i wanted something to help me loss like 10kg+ bodyfat and i saw

    Fast Action Pharma Presents:H-Drol
(Bodybuilding.com - Fast Action Pharma H-Drol - Pharmaceutical Grade On sale now!)
i know that its not a 100% fat loss product but thats ok cos u gain muscle at the sametime.

i just want to know should i got this stuff.

    1. Are you bulking or cutting?
    2. How long have you been lifting?
    3. What have your results been recently?
    4. How are you training?
    5. Describe your diet.
    6. How old are you?

How do you do 50% cutting and 50% bulking?

What lifts do you perform and how often?

How many calories do you consume?

You lift only chest, you don't know what you are eating, and you think you will cut and bulk at once.

There is no supplement that will accomplish this. Keep reading, young Skywalker...

You do not need supplements, you need to read and learn the correct way to train and manage your diet.

I suggest the stickies in this section and the training section.

The stickies are the threads "stuck" to the top of each forum. The ones in diet+nutrition and training are excellent.

cee is fine, although pills are the way to go.

glutamine is a waste of money.

h-drol is an oral steroid, do not buy it. you dont know enough about supplements, let alone steroids to even attempt it.
