    Post-Workout Protien Mix I use

I have been reading alot of the posts on this and other bodybuilding boards, and I noticed that many people believe that it is very important to take a good whey supplement immediately after a tough wannaBeBig routine 1 workout!!

Well, I agree!! It makes a huge difference!!

I have been using ISS Research Whey Matrix, which has Glutimine Peptides, and a nice source of BCAA's in it. Since it is Whey Concentrate, it hits my system fast, to feed my tired muscles. I used to use it in the afternoon, but after reading alot of posts, I believe that I need a blended protien shake instead.

Question? I don't hear about ISS Research being talked about much in the discussion groups. Is it a reputable company? Is it just not as well know as the other ones (prolab, Optimum, etc)?

Please let me know you thoughts.

I don’t know about ISS being a good or bad company, I have never tried any of their protein, not b/c of the name, but b/c I would save like $3 by getting optimum lol. As of getting a blend I would say Labrada pro V60. I got some after Kuso said a few stuff about it and it’s actually the best tasting protein I have ever had. But if you feel like making your own blend you can always make your own at www.proteinfactory.com .

ISS Research is a pretty new and reputable company and have come out with some great products lately. I hear alot about their proM3 protien, their glutamine mix, and their creatine. Personally, I use there Super Vitamin paks and their Zenotrope fat burner. In the past I've tried their Whey Matrix and thier Pro42 bars. Whey Matrix is comparable to Optimum's 100% Whey. Their bars taste ok, and they are packed with 42g of protien. Peanut butter chocolate is the best flavor, IMO.
