don't waste your money on the tribulus, your about to turn 18 so your natural test levels have not even peaked yet.

at 18 you dont need any test support supps such as trib. just stick with a solid whey protien powder, creatine, multi-vitamin, and omega-3's. Test boosters such as tribulus can be used in a couple of years. As far as spacing out your protien intake, you will need it after workouts for sure, and can also supplement your diet between meals with protien shakes. Also remeber to consume a fast acting carbohydrate after workouts, such as white bread or a sports drink.

trib seems to be a bit of a waste anyways.

Don't focus so much on the protein powder as much as your overall diet. Eat tons of food, keep track of your protein intake and use the powder to fill in the gaps as needed

    take them in between meals.
dont buy trib, it will boost your libido, not your test levels.

Anything that will boost you test levels will jack you up at your age. Your current test production will detect the added test or test booster and could cause your current test to be reduced or shut down.

You body is smarter than you think and will adapt to the free test and save its own for later if that ever comes.
