    fish oil caps

I just bought some fish oil caps from the store today and its my first time taking them and I plan on taking 4 caps on a daily basis, which is 4.8 grams of omega 3s. Will this help me anyway in training along with a good diet ofcourse? Will it help the increase of my testosterone levels as well?

you're not going to see any immediate or direct effects on test levels, but yes EFA's help keep your natural test levels up.
