I am looking for any input on the newest/best weight gain product. I am already on the protein whey pre and post workout. I am looking for something I can add that will help me throw on about 10 extra pounds down the road - about a month or two. I know to eat, eat , and eat. I am eating like a beast at a buffet and not junk food. I usually take a bowl of rice to the gut about an hour before my workout and I have seen that tack on some extras. But what are the hottest products out currently that you have seen the most results from as far as putting on weight or even a mass facilitator. Also I am running creatine pre- and post in my shaker combined with extend (which I must say I am very pleased w its results.......- grape flavor). Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. My work out is a solid and very consistent one. Thanks for the advice
Besides the calories from your diet, you are already on whey protein and creatine. The next best thing to do is not overtrain and make sure you get enough rest. It will just take a little time and effort. Things don't happen overnight.
