Very good start. I would not buy GNC because of the prices but it looks like you have a solid base

I would read the stickies. Focus on diet and training, not supplements

Agreed very good base products and the best to start working with. Good luck with them.

If buy suggestions you were wanting to know how to take it I would take the creatine(and many debate this) at 20g a day the first five days split into 4 doses. Then take 5g a day and preferrably with grape juice every day after for about 8 wks.Take the fishoil caps as directed on bottle and the NO powder only before workouts so you don't burn out on it.Try to get 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight and use the powder to supplement what of that you cant get from food. Remember food is the key!
    Hope this helps.

Your body quickly adapts to the effects of NO products(capsules or powders will not matter). So only use them when you need an extra boost or you will not keep that intense focused feeling for long.I have always had better luck with the NO powders myself.
On the creatine I like to do a loading phase to make sure their is plenty of creatine to get the job started and then drop to 5g a day. I deffinately prefer creatine mono in powder form if i'M using mono(too many pills otherwise). Some people don't do a loading phase, it's always been most effective for me to load though.
