Kinda freaking out . . . need some advice!!!

About a week ago, I noticed a fibrous lump beneath my right nipple. Then this week, I noticed one in my left nipple as well. Based on some research I've done, it seems that breast cancer is unilateral not bilateral. When squeezed, a light colored dischage comes out.

It was suggested on some sites that it may be due to supplement use. I am currently taking Gakic by Muscletech, L Glutamine, and protein. Anyone have any experience with this kind of thing before I go to the dr.?

Any input would be appreciated . . .

no, its not painful . . .I think I'll try a topical antibiotic in the meantime and maybe discontinue supplements. I guess I'll see a doc within a week or so if it doesn't get better. Thanks for your replies

yeah I would try the topical cream.
Do you shave your chest? Could it be an infected follicle?
Is it red around the area at all?

I do shave my chest- I was actually thinking that it could be irritation from that as well as bacteria from sweating while working out. I don't have any redness though . . .

I'd just go to your doc, rather then trying to self medicate.
