    How much fish oil caps/day??

    How many fish oil caps should be taken daily? I have caps with 1200 mg/1.2 g of fish oil. I know that omega 3 is like 300 mg out of the 1200 mgs...idk.

    someone help me out. I've read on another forum that one should take 10 a day.

    no...i dont want to use essence efa...fish oil have shown to have remarkable results on the mind, heart, and body and im sticking with it, besides i already bought it....so yea.

    Just tell me how many caps i should take daily to get a good amount of omeg fatty acids in my system? Also I have ADD which is pissin me off and fish oil is known to help it out.
    Im not taking fish oil for my training, but for personal reasons.

    I would think around 6-8 caps would be good

    opinions of dosage varies. it is certainly in the gram range though.

    4 grams per day is a good amount IMO.

    the container says take 2 softgels 1 or 2 times a day meaning take 2-4 caps a day. But im just confused what the daily recomended dosage of omega 3 fatty acids are in grams. I think its 3 grams a day but taking 4 caps a day would only give me around half of that. Im not entirely sure so if u guys could help me a little more that would be great.

    I have checked several nutrition related blogs and 900mg of omega 3, minimum, is what I see recommended alot.
