How many fish oil caps should be taken daily? I have caps with 1200 mg/1.2 g of fish oil. I know that omega 3 is like 300 mg out of the 1200 mgs...idk.
someone help me out. I've read on another forum that one should take 10 a day.
no...i dont want to use essence efa...fish oil have shown to have remarkable results on the mind, heart, and body and im sticking with it, besides i already bought it....so yea.

the container says take 2 softgels 1 or 2 times a day meaning take 2-4 caps a day. But im just confused what the daily recomended dosage of omega 3 fatty acids are in grams. I think its 3 grams a day but taking 4 caps a day would only give me around half of that. Im not entirely sure so if u guys could help me a little more that would be great.
