Hmm...Phera/e-stane...never thought of that stack. Be very interested in your cycle of that and results of it. When you going to run it??

A bridge is a "safer" way to stack two methyls without running back to back and having a long cycle time and risk liver trouble.
A sample bridge of Phera might look something like this.
Wk 1 20mg Phera/day
2 30mg Phera/day
3 40mg Phera 20mg Epistane/day
4 40g Phera 30mg Epistane/day
5 40mg Epistane/day
6 40mg Epistane/day
Still a tough cycle for 6 wks, but I will be running CEL cycle support with this along with other things.

Ah...I got it. I had in my head bridging was when one took another compound, say maybe less harsh or just different, and bridged or filled in a span of when they were not taking their "usual" supp. Say a guy did test/sus cycle or such for 10 wks then was taking a break from that, but did not want to be off supps for 2 months before another cycle of their "usual" so they bridged that gap with something else. Got it. Thanks for the knowledge. So does a H-drol/E-stane stack cycle make any sense to you??

So my question now is being as Epi or E-stane has claims of non-aromatizing and being even possibly anti-estro in their claims, does one need a SERM for PCT, or just test booster(possibly with an AI..6oxo?) and cortisol control,and maybe Post Cycle Support caps??

Post Cycle Support was designed for epi pct by the sinner. I still would try to have a SERM on hand.

Just because it doesn't aromatize, does not mean the product will not shut down natural test production. It will, it is a steriod. So you have to get your natural test production up as quickly as possible. Also, even thought alot of these new compounds don't aromatize, there is still alot of circulating estrogen from levels being out of whack and possibilty of prolactin pops up. For those who are prone, it would be wise to run a low dose of nolva to prevent circulating estrogen to prevent this. I suggest you read the sticky info of PCT to get a better idea of what happens to your body and how to conteract this after cycle are over.
