    Question about fat burners

Maybe it's just me, but I've noticed any time I use a fat burner, I seem to become fairly sick a few weeks after coming off of them.

For example, each and every time I've used Jet Fuel and stopped using it, a few short weeks later I'd be sick with a cold or flu, or some other infection. Seems to happen each and every time, no matter which burner I use.

Am I nuts or is this somewhat possible?

well dieting and stimulants can supress your immune system a bit. not a crazy idea, next time either dont do it, or take an antioxidant complex as well.

What fat burners have you tried? I had pretty good success with VPX meltdown and now problems coming off of it except a slight increase in appetite. I took about 2 weeks off after a 4 week cycle of the stuff.

Now I am trying Hyperdrive 3.0 (from ALRI) and so far enjoying it. I will let you know after how it works.

Which antioxidant complex which you recommend? I don't know much about those, I usually just take a multivitamin.

Well, I don't eat much as it is so I really don't need to cut calories. It's hard for me to lose weight as I've gained a bit over the past year without any explanation, and my diet has always been clean.

I've only used Jet Fuel and Scorch. Scorch didn't do anything for me at all, no energy, nothing. Jet Fuel worked well, no complaints there. My friend suggested I take lipodrene with ephedra, she uses it every day and is thin as a pencil lol.

I just wanna lose weight and keep it off. I know how to do it properly, it's just difficult to get rid of at this point.

Look at the thread on this forum called "VPX's new Meltdown"
There are lots of reviews from people suing it and a lot of information. I would recommend that to you!

    Thanks for the info guys.

While I hardly eat as it is, have no appetite and having taken Redline (liquid) with no effects at all, I'm curious to see how well this would work for me.

You'd think dropping fat would be easy with all the above, but its not lol. My only problem areas are my stomach and love handles. Everywhere else there's virtually no fat. I really want a six pack so I hope once I start taking this things for me will improve, and that I won't get sick this time around.

exactly, you gotta eat up most of the time. i assume you cycle bulking and cutting so why are you normally eating low caloires?

you may have gained weight over the last year, but i bet you diet wasnt as clean as you thought it was. ever calorie goes somewhere, you dont just gain weight for the hell of it. it happens for a reason. if you havent begun taking any medication over the past year i would be pretty confident that the reason is you metab. slowing down due to a sustained peroid of low cal. consumption.

You need to eat 5-6 times a day smaller portions if you eat only a couple of times a day you metabolism slows down. Best of luck bro
