Are there any proven benefits from pre-workout supplements as far as lean muscle gains, strength gains or anything of that sort? I know it helps to give you temporarily pumps, focus, and what not but is there anything that it helps you with in the long run?
I also think the increased pumps from the NO products help with the intensity of my workouts. Also I just started using the new VPX NO Shotgun V3, I highly recommend it. Workout was very intense, pumps were great and the 20 grams of protein in it really helped during workout. Most of the 20gr of protein is Casein.

I personally have been thinking about buying a NO product because some days I just don't feel the energy and the commitment to go and work out. I heard superpump 250 was good, but NO Shotgun, Cytosport, and BSN NO Xplode also sound very interesting. Which do you all reckon is the best overall?

I have tried the Superpump 250 and I like it but I really do not use NO products much.

I used the original NO Shotgun and while it was a good product it would gag a magget.FT taste good.I have some superpump and I'm gonna use it soon and I'll let everyone know my thoughts but I wanna cut back off stims first so I can give it an honest asessment.
I like BSN NO Explode as well. Dose can go from 1-3 scoops depending on how much you can handle...1 scoop was all i ever needed. Only thing i didnt like is the effects last longer then my workout. When i was time to rest and recover, my heart still raced and I felt jittery. Prob the caffiene.

Just in general, I feel that if a preworkout product is improving your pumps, focus, drive and intensity in the gym then in the long run THAT is what is adding extra muscle. It is in the gym that we get the anabolic machinery going!

NO SHOTGUN is the bomb. hands down the best pre work out supp ever IMO. also NO synthesize for post work out. I can kill it in the gym with these and barely feel it the next day. protein, creatine, BCAAs, caffine, nitric oxide, pretty much everything you want and need. if i work out with out it my maxes are usually off by 10 lbs or a few reps or something. its gives me that extra umph for sure

Agree: VPX has formulated two excellent products with these.

I have been taking USP Labs Jack3d. This stuff really gets you intense in the gym. I mix this with their bcaa product Modern BCAA and drink about 30 minutes before I workout.
The only drawback that I have had is that I tend to really crash every so often about an hour after my workout is done. I am guessing that this must be an effect of the stimulant that is in there...

taking synthesis right now preworkout, staying away from anything with stimulants right now, want to get my adrenals pumped again for my next cycle.
did the super pump 250 no bad either and one other product taht was like jacked 3d.... I think the last one gave me more agresion, the synthesize and superpump basically gave me solid pumps.
