    **ZENALEAN Experience**

Hey guys, just want to share my experience with you on the first fat burner I've ever taking called Zenalean. For the last year or so I have been primarily focused on gaining size and getting bigger. Used Cell-mass for the 12 weeks, and off that now, Animal pack, 3-6-9 omega, Gold-standard, Casein, Glutamine, and BCAAs. Using these I have gained some good size and strength fallowing a mass-gain diet as well.

So this week I started my lean mass diet, as well as a cutting lifting program for 3 weeks because I am going to Florida. Alot less food, barley any carbs, and to tell you the truth I'm kinda hungary alot of the times. Anyway, I took the recommended dose (1 pill) about 2 hours before my workout. About 15 minutes after taking it, I felt a rush of extreme energy and it felt good. This lasted all the way till I got home and into the gym. Once lifting, I felt this great tingling sensation through my body, and I was lifting alot heavier with ease. After lifting, I hit the tredmill for my cardio. Now realize I haven't been focusing on cardio during my heavier training and 1.5 miles was a challange for me. However today, I knocked out 25min without stopping, and a fatigue or problem!!!

I'm just curious about others experiences with fat burners, or epedra. PLEASE chime in! Thanks for listening!

200mg caffiene and 10mg ephedrine it should be a descent product. I read where it is being compared to the original Xenadrine RFA-1.
The last several months I have lost alot of interest in "fat burners" but if someone wants to try this I would say it's a pretty solid choice.

Some people can't handle the effects of ephedrine it makes them jittery or nervous and causes sleepless nights.Yohimbe is also used as a stim in some products(not sure on zenalean) and it makes me very jittery and feel horrible in large doses but it's in so many things.

You ever try the ECA stack then? I hear it works great but causes a crash.

Thanks for the details. Zenalean hasn't done that for me, however when I took redline it messed me up bad! The after effects of it were horrible, I got out of the gym and was still shaking from it.

Me + Redline = NO GO!!!

Today will be the second day on zenalean, because I only take it on training days.
