    Creatine Serum

I checked out some articles on Creatine Serum vs. Powder. I know the powder makes you retain water and is mostly used for a bulking cycle. The articles I have read claim that ingesting the serum will not give you the additional side effects and doesn't require a loding doe like the powder, however; by looking at the lable on some of the serum creatine manuf. bottles, honey is on the ingredients list. Question: Will the Creatin serum hinder fat loss and maybe even increase bodyfat ?

    I agree.
i took the serum before and the only thing they have going for them is the model on the ads. Her but is delish. Plus it is easy to take cause you dont have to mix it with anything.
I found that it did nothing for me.
