Good multi-vitamin or product for 50+ women
Hey I want to buy my mom a multivitamin or a product that will help her with bone strength and better blood circulation. I have heard good things about NOW products so would anyone recommend one to me? My mom is 51yrs old in case that has to do with product choice. Any help would be appreciated.

Any cheap multi
10g fish oil
A calcium supp (I prefer citrate, consumed with a gram of vitamin C)
2000 IU vitamin D
And get her weight-training. Help her clean up her diet.
