    need help on looking for the right supplement

    im 18 and im now just starting working out and tryin to eat healthy can anybody recommend me a good muscle enhancing and a fat burning supplemnts that i can take b4 i work out that will help me ive heard good things from VPX redline or meltdown if anybody can help me that i can get at my local GNC or Vitiman world i would appricate it

    supps are good, but you need to get the diet together before adding in supps. A good whey powder, multi v, EFA's.

    supps will only do the job, if your diet and training are in check.

    at that age, these guys are right. you must have the basics down. Training, sleep, diet are all keys. After that I would suggest protein, BCAA's, and EFA's. Oh yea, and a multi that was suggested. After that, I would say some creatine/NO product.

    get some kre-alkalyne 1500 i noticed a big increase in endurance once i started taking it.

    im just glad you going with GNC or vitamin world first instead of going straight to gear or pro-h although you can get a form of it there. my point is you have alot of test running in you at your age take advantage of it

    whey protein, multivitamin, fish oil and EFA's,
    then creatine, then other amino supplements like BCAA's or NO products.
