    Vitamin Question

If you are taking a brand of vitamin that calls for a serving size of 3 capsules (for example) daily, should you take all 3 at once, or spread them out throughout the day?

I would think if it say's "serving size" that means how many you would take at once. If the directions said 3 servings per day, that would be whatever amount of pills per serving per day. Might want to verify that info, that's just my take on it.

My feeling is that you may be better served trickling them in with your meals. I don't know that it matters ALL that much, but this is what I do with my supps.

    Directions

The directions should state what to do, but I agree with what the other guy said and feel that if it states a serving size is 3 caps then that is what you should take at one time.

In general I have found that a good once a day time released cap is easy, but then again who knows there is so much out there...
