This past offseason and precontest season until about 8 weeks out I experimented with no-explode. Is there anyone that has experimented with it (example... days on, off, scoops per servings, etc.) with long lasting results? It seemed as if it was similar to clen in that my receptors ate it up an dloved it for a bit then it was just another drink down the hatch after a short period of time. Any help appreciated or should I throw the noexplode in the trash and try something else....?

I used it before and loved it, then about 2 weeks in i built a tolerance. I didn't use it on off days either, like the label says. But its just what nni said, it's the caffeine that gives you that boost, side note, i was able to bang out my girl pretty well while i was taking it....

It is the caffeine. If I recollect correctly, it basically just a caffeine and arginine product. Although effective, you will build the tolerance to it. You could use some Reset AD to help with that, as reset is pretty cheap, or you can switch up to a different pre workout product. NO Explode usually worked a month at a time for me
