I just get whatever's on sale - lately I've been getting wild salmon and fish oil at Costco.

OK, I think you are full of crap. Do you even know what species of fish the oil comes from?

Here's a news flash for you: nearly all fish oil suppliments are made from anchovies and sardines. There is no one anchovy or sardine that is better than the other, they are all the same and the oil extracted is the same.

What, do you feed your anchovies something special that makes them better than any other anchovy?

Sorry, I'm a part time watermen and know the whole deal from catch to process and will stick with my off the shelf what evers on sale brand of fish oil caps.
