    Lean

    IDS LEAN UP? anyone ever try it, any reviews? would i be able to mix it up with cla 1250

    There was a member here who ran a log on it about 6 months ago a search should turn it up.

    cla isnt worth it, and there is very little i like about lean up.

    ok i tried adrenaline which was suggested to me on another post and did not have any results, zero. i am having trouble burning off that stubborn fat. i was 195. with my gym work outs and cycling i have been able to drop to 186lbs but can't seem to get out of that. my target is 170 lbs. any suggestion ?

    how long

    about a 1yr, i was actually 240lbls, started cycling and doing alot of cadio this is when i droped to 195. now mixing up more in the gym and down to 186. I am only 5'6 and want to drop to at least 170lbs. no supplements through out this time it was strictly counting calories but thats not working anymore i have plateaued
    . i do use syntha-6 post workout currently but nothing else.

    maybe take some time off from dieting and go to maintenance for a couple of weeks.
