Recommended Daily Intake (RDI) Reference Daily Intake - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia is a step but most of the nutrients are underdosed for those who partake in athletics. Just eyeball a couple of the good multivitamins such as NOW ADAM, Orange Triad, NOW EcoGreen, etc. to get an idea of how much of each should be there.
