I like fast twitch pre workout CytoSport Fast Twitch the red is tart and gets me going and the purple is just good. Post workout I will take a mrp alot of times like this one I have right now EAS Myoplex Lite 20pak. Any thing with some protein and good carbs is good postworkout. You can also get some bcaa's if you have them redily available.Dymatize has some cheap ones. DYM BCAA 200 Count. The bottle I got was clear and they were a glossy blue color inside...So pretty I hated to take them.I dropped some red pills in there that were shiny so I would have a really pretty pill bottle.

I keep it simple. But simple is good.

My supp stash includes the basics.

    Creatine Mono.
    Beta-Alanine
    Whey Protein (ON)
    BCAA's
    Dextrose
    Multi Vitamin/mineral

    Preworkout:

    2 scoops whey (50grams)
    1 scoop of dextrose
    5 grams creatine
    2 g beta-alanine
    one scoop of bcaa's

    I also have a shake post-workout.

Then I eat a complete meal with another 40-50 grams of protein.

Daily protein for me is 400grams or so.
