    Rpm

Well I tried RPM today for the first time. Not sure if I messed up by taking it along with Vault, but I did not feel anything. My arms were trembling when benching with just 135, and I can bench 315. I will try again tomorrow without taking Vault and see if there is any difference. Any ideas or advice?

Funny you should say that; I took RPM today without Vault, and maaaaaaaan what a workout. I also forgot to mention that the night before, I had missed a dosage of my Novadex xt, so I took two that morning. I stopped the novadex xt; just got Reversitol. Tomorrow is day one?
