    MuscleTech - Better than creatine?

I've got a question for the supplement gurus.

I came across this special offer today. It's 90$ for 3 kg of 'super creatine'. It's Dutch, but I'm only interested in the ingredients section so it doesn't matter.

My first impression is that it's a lot of money for something that's 75% dextrose and the only ingredient that's garantueed to work is the creatine. Is this just another useless piece of crap or should I try it? I'm running out of creatine.

    Thanks!

It's a decent product, but you can get it much cheaper
    MuscleTech Cell-Tech Hardcore 6.7lb

However to answer your question, I don't think it's better than creatine.
It works, just overpriced in my opinion

So does it do anything besides what creatine and sugar do? I've heard some stuff about Taurine, but nothing conclusive.

for the price you could build your own supplement stack

    and have better supplement timing

id recommend creatine and high GI post workout along with some fast absorbing protein

and id recommend glutamine during your workout

aside from this id recommend a multivitamin for your morning
and ZMA befor bed with some more glutamine and a slow absorbing protein

you should be able to find all of this for 100 bucks
and the bang will be much more effective
