Slow digesting carbs(I know it is not a supplement, but is better than any supplement IMHO for strength). Caffeine for focus. You are already doing the protein+Creatine.

I've tried some preworkout supps like Nano Vapor & Superpump 250. They give me bad diarrhea. Plus I did not notice anything special on them.

What works best for me is Protein+slow carbs+Creatine+caffeine+green tea+ON Vassive NO formula X(For pump)+Cytosport Fast twitch. No diarrhea with this combo yet. Best pump and focus I've achieved so far....

be careful with NO-explode. a lot of people become dependant on its use cause of how many stimulants it has. when i tried it i found that i had to up the dose to have the same effect and it got habbit forming. maybe give beta alanine a try

I will agree it looses affect very shortly and some people do run it so long they become dependent on it. Use it on occasion.

Agreed. Although BA doesnt do much to get you pumped. I've actually become very fond of Hemodraulix.

I was hoping I could recommend you VPX NO Shotgun since I bought it myself but it has done nothing special for me. It honestly worked the first 3 trips to the gym and other than that nothing special or worth mentioning. I have even upped the dose to 2 scoops and nothing even though I only take it on workout days.
