First question - have you planned your diet and training programs in detail yet? Diet management, counting calories, and eating enough of the right foods is the most important thing.
A well designed training program is next, then supplements.
All i usually take in terms of supplements is a multivitamin/mineral complex, fish oil, and glucosamine sulphate.
Sometimes i have some kind of protein shake but i dont consider it essential so long as my diet is hitting its marks.
