Smile AI ESSENTIALS: Company Sponsored Log

    Essentials:

    BCAAs – 7 grams
    Creatine – 5 grams
    Beta Alanine – 4 grams
    Dgestive aids
Joint Support 2100 mg Glucosamine Sulfate, Chondrotin Sulfate
Flexability Support 2500 mg Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) Bromelain, CetylMyristoleate (CMO 20%), Turmeric Extract (Curcumin) Turmeric Root P.E. 95% Hyaluronic Acid
    Naringin
    Bioperin

Flavor: 7/10 – Not really tasteless as others have reported. I did notice a slight change in my Double Chocolate Protein Shake when ESSENTIALS was added to the mix. It was not as overwhelming as the smell of the contents might have you believe.

Mixability: 9/10 – Since this was combined with my regular Protein Shake there was no notice of the added ESSENTIALS. I did notice some pretty big chunks of material in the packaging so I am assuming it did not all dissolve in the shake.

Packaging: 5/10 (Sample Package) – The bag style of packaging was not ‘flashy’ by any means, but accomplished the task of allowing me to get the contents into my shake.

Effectiveness: 5/10 – Hard to tell since it was only the one day sample. I would like to really evaluate the product for a 2 week period prior to giving an honest effectiveness grade. I did notice the tingles in my extremities that were probably caused by the niacin (50mg). Slight body temp increase but nothing close to a good thermogenic. The 5 was given on the concept and ingredient combination.

Personally I would prefer the easy-mix-in-the-shake method of ESSENTIALS then taking the additional pills (take enough pills already). If packaged properly, ESSENTIALS has the potential to be a main dietary staple. There was no aftertaste to report.

Thanks for the review pete, the parathesia (tingles) are mostly caused from the Beta-Alanine.
