Today I started my 7 day regimen of STOKED! by Anabolic Innovations.
2 caps @ 9 AM with my morning Essentials+Protein.
Went down like a charm, started to get a little more energized and focused after about an hour..
Maybe it was just the morning coffee, but i doubt it, coffee never does anything to me...
1230: gym time, lower pull
went with a standard monday workout for me, all lower body pulling exercises (4 day upper/lower pull/push split to keep muscle while on my cut)
i have to say, i had a great pump post workout, and the alpha male feeling was there from deadlift number 1!!!
my PM serving is coming up in about 20..
oh and sex drive, (not that it needs help) but i cant get sex off my mind!!!
ill update daily and let you all know what its like at the end

Ok.. So after today's workout I can say one thing... WOW... Most intense pumps EVER, I acfientally ripped my dress shirt while putting it back on lol fuckin chest/shoulder pump... Its awesome.. I wanted to try and juggle dumbells, Jesus, I was SO jerked for this workout before I got in the gym!!! Sorry no full workout now, I'm on my blackberry at work, but I'll post all about it later.. I'm starting to love this shit


OK so today's workout
UPPER BODY PUSH
DB Flat BENCH 40x6x3 (I had to stop myself from doing more)
Pec Deck (80x6x3 (i was THROWING the pads together in the middle..shit)
DB Decline Bench 35x6x3 - my former most hated lift, and damn, i was practically THROWING the DB's!!
Straight Bar Cable Push Down 110x6x3
Incline Bench 40x6x3.. what a breeze
OH DB Raise 45x6x3
DB Military press 40x6x3 - usually these are a killer, NOT TODAY!!!
AWESOME PUMP post and during workout, i jsut wanted to keep going and going and going...
AHHHHHHHH i love it
i really did rip one of the buttons off my dress shirt after my shower.. and it felt pretty damn tight the rest of the day... god..
ok, so i hit the pm serving aobut 12 hours after the am sreving and i still feel great.. cant wait for tomorrow.. cardio day..

annnnnnnd im sitting here, about to head to the gym for my wednesday (cardio/abs) day, and i am mad.. cause I am not doing any actual lifting.. just conditioning and abs lol.. go effin figure!

This is on my list of to do products.


Stationary bike: warm up for 5 min, then go into cycles 8 seconds as hard as you can, 12 just keep the wheel in motion,8 hard 12 , so on so forth.. Hopefully built can explain later, in the gym on my blackberry... THESE THINGS WERE PAINFUL!!! Couldn't complete more that 1 straight minute at a time!

i tried that 8 second thing on hill sprints, made me sick
How is the libido with it? It kicked mine into super high gear.

Abs & cardio..
45 side bends 10x3 per side
Decline situp 10x3
Cardio
"8 seconds of glory"
5 min warmup @ 85 w about 9 mph
1 minute on/off
8 seconds all out, 12 recover and just barely keep moving..
4 minutes @ 85 w, 9 mph
1 minute on/off
2 min @ 70 w 7 mph
1 minute on/off
1 minute cool down..
(This TOTALLY wiped me out.. I'm still a little tired)
Leg raise 10x3
Wow.. That was THE hardest cardio I've done in AGES...
After my AM serving I was SO jerked to get back to the gym, once I got up there I definitely went ALL OUT on that cardio, though I had this desire to di abs all day..
The alpha male feeling was with me allll day..and my libido was sky high.. Again lol
Oh and on a positive outside note that made my day even better' courtesy of my girlfriend, I managed t get a new blackberry curve from sprint for only 50 bucks!!!

Man.. I love this stuff...
After yesterday's workout my legs were HURTING this morning and all day, so I decided to lay down for a half hour at 1230 instead of doing legs..
Around 430 I decided I was ready to work out (I CAN NOT bring myself to take a day off) so I hit the gym and got after it HARD..
Lower push
Squat 240x6x3 (up 20 lbs from last week)
Seated Leg extension 120x6x3 (up 10)
Seated leg press 340x6x3 (up 20)
Seated calf extension/raise 340x6x3 ( up 20)
TALK ABOUT FUCKIN AWESOME!!!
DOMS were non existant and now my legs feel great, OH and I fuckin worked 14 hours today.. Talk about a solid supp..


Ok so ill be posting yesterdays workout shortly... Just need to make sure I go wuth full dose on rest days..
