    Anabolic Innovations ESSENTIALS (MY MIX)

OK so i got a shot at taking Anabolic Innovations ESSENTIALS, a great BCAA, CREATINE and GENERAL suppliment, daily formula..

TOo bad i mixed with my lipotropic chocolate which was waaay too sweet.. generally did not work, nor did it mix well..

though, the essentials+protein was gread (orange sunrise) kinda tasted like sunny d or crystal light.. check my other post all about that one.. its a shame, cause this has a great profile, but might not just e for me...

aghhhhhhhh... the BA in this crept up on me in the middle of a meeting lol, i ran out on my boss and RIPPED my shirt off in the bathroom and started splashing water all over myself.. i had NO idea BA would do that, too bad i did my research later, so if youre getting on ANYTHING with Beta Alanine, expect some warm tinglyness on the skin, all over (or just upper body) wheeeww.. if i can get this stuff premixed in that orange sunrise i will be ALL over it!!
